Life’s a battefield.

you don’t have to fight it alone.

Choose your mission. get matched with your team. reclaim your life—together.

Operation Break Free exists to help people take back control of their lives—through shared goals, real teams, and a path that actually works.

We bring people together to face what’s been holding them back—and move forward, side by side.

Operation Break Free isn’t a program—It’s transformation

Every few months, we open the gates for those who are done surviving and ready to fight for more. You sign up. You get matched. You join a small crew. And together, you go to work—on your discipline, your healing, your vision, your relationships, your life.

Every mission lasts between 6 to 12 weeks. Every team has your back. You’ll show up for each other, push yourself, and grow—with structure and support the whole way.

How The OBF Journey works

  • You’ve already been trying to fix things on your own. No team. No structure. Just survival mode. That ends here.

    🔄 You might’ve tried…

    • Healing on your own

    • Staying focused with no real plan

    • Changing—but always starting over

    🚫 The problem?

    • You’ve had no one to check in with

    • No system, no clarity, no crew

    • Just grit—and burnout

    ✅ What changes now:

    • 🧭 You stop guessing

    • 🎒 You stop carrying the weight alone

    • 🧱 You get structure and support

    • 🫂 You join a team that’s got your back

    💡 What matters:

    • You don’t need to be perfect

    • You just need to show up

    • And commit to something real

  • This isn’t about random goals or trendy habits. It’s about facing what actually matters—right now.

    🔍 What’s weighing on you?

    • A cycle you’re stuck in?

    • A part of you you’re trying to rebuild?

    • A dream you keep postponing?

    • A habit you can’t break?

    • A version of yourself you’re ready to leave behind?

🧠 We ask the right questions:

    • What are you tired of carrying alone?

    • What are you craving deep down?

    • What kind of breakthrough are you ready for?

🤝 Then we help you find your crew:

    • People who want the same kind of change

    • Different stories. Same fight.

    • One shared goal

💬 You don’t need the perfect words.

Just speak the truth—about what hurts, what’s missing, or what you’re chasing.

    That’s how it starts.

  • You don’t have to bring your own people. You don’t have to prove you belong.

We build the right team for you.

🔍 It starts with your fight:

    • Once we know what you’re up against,

    • We match you with people who get it

    • Because they’re up against something similar.

    🧩 The match isn’t random.

    It’s based on:

    • Your goals

    • Your energy

    • Your season of life

👥 Each team has its own flavor:

    • Some are here to grind.

    • Some are here to heal.

    • Some are here to reset and rebuild.

But all are here to grow.

    🤝 What they all share:

    • Real guidance

    • Real support

    • A shared purpose: move forward—together.

  • Before your team ever links up, someone’s already been prepping—with you in mind.

🧱 Every team is led by someone who stepped up—Not because they’re perfect. Not because they’ve arrived. But because they care enough to help hold the structure for the rest of the team.

    🪖 They’re a participant too.

    • Still in the process.

    • Still doing the work.

    • But ready to walk alongside you—and hold the line when things get tough.

🔧 We train and support them with structure and tools—

    • So they don’t have to guess.

    • So they can focus on guiding, not managing.

    • So they can protect the experience and keep the mission on track.

📞 You’ll meet with your leader before the full team launch

    • So you’re not walking in cold.

    • You’ll have someone in your corner from day one.

    • You’ll start with trust, not awkward intros.

    🤝 They’re not above you—they’re beside you.

    • Still in the fight.

    • Still figuring it out.

    • But showing up anyway.

Because leading others is one of the deepest ways to grow yourself.

  • This is where everything shifts. Not just in your mind—but in the room.

🚪 Before anything begins, you show up.

    • To the Mission Briefing.

    • A live, community-wide event.

    • One space. All new teams. Same energy.

    📡 What to expect:

    • 🧭 Orientation: Know what’s ahead.

    • 🤝 Social connection: Meet the movement.

    • 🔥 Declaration: You’re doing this now—for real.

👥 Then your team breaks off—

    • To get your first challenge.

    • To lock in your plan.

    • To start the work—together.

    🚀 This isn’t just a welcome.

    • It’s a launch.

    • You’re not just thinking about change anymore.

    • You’re in it.

With your crew. With the rest of OBF beside you. And there’s no turning back.

  • This is where talk turns into action.

📅 Over the next 6 to 12 weeks, you move.

    • Through the challenge.

    • With your team.

    • Through the highs, the lows, and everything in between.

🛠️ You don’t wing it. You work it.

    • Weekly rhythm.

    • Clear structure.

    • Guided phases and check-ins.

    • Built to keep you moving—even when you want to stop.

💥 You show up—especially on the hard days.

    • Because your team’s showing up too.

    • Because you gave your word.

    • Because quitting on yourself isn’t an option anymore.

    📈 You’ll track it all.

    • Wins. Slips. Progress. Pain.

    • You’ll talk real.

    • You’ll grow real.

    • You’ll stay in motion—physically, mentally, emotionally.

🚫 Most people fall off right here. But you’ve got a team. You’ve got a plan. And you’re not doing this alone.

  • This isn’t just a celebration. It’s a ritual. A closing. A beginning.

🎖️ OBF Warrior’s Night marks the end of the campaign.

    • All teams return.

    • All journeys are honored.

    • Every battle gets its moment.

    🎤 We gather to reflect.

    • On the work.

    • On the growth.

    • On the courage it took to show up—again and again.

    🛡️ Some came to heal.

    🔥 Some came to push.

    🌱 All came to transform.

🎬 This is where we see it clearly:

    • What it cost.

    • What it changed.

    • What it meant.

💬 We laugh. We remember. We share the stories.

    • Not just the highlights—but the hard shit too.

    • We honor every step.

    • And every person who walked it.

🚪 And then we open a new door.

    • Stay connected.

    • Join the next mission.

    • Step up to lead a team of your own.

    • Or just show up for the next person—like someone did for you.

    🌍 This isn’t just a one-time thing.

It’s a movement. A family. A place to come back to—again and again.

🏆 The mission was real. So are you. And you’re not done yet.

Founder’s Message

“I spent most of my life letting the world tell me who I was—until I chose to fight back.”

Operation Break Free is for those done surviving in silence, stuck in cycles, and facing life’s hardest battles alone.

it’s time to Reclaim your life, one mission at a time.

- Omar Alexander Pedroza (Founder, OBF)

The OBF MISSIONS: Choose your battle

At Operation Break Free, we organize transformation into 7 mission families—each one rooted in a deep human need. Whether you’re trying to rebuild your life, break a cycle, build strength, find connection, or serve your people, there’s a mission here for you.

We’re not here to hand you a solution. We hand you a structure. A team. And a fight worth showing up for.

  • Strength is earned—through pressure, pain, and purpose.

🔹Transformation Goal: Get strong. Stay sharp. And remind yourself—under pressure—you don’t break. You forge.

🔹 Examples of Forge Missions: Forge missions are about physical and mental discipline. Teams might design missions around:

    • Group fitness programs (OBF workout program, running plans, calisthenics, etc.)

    • Daily challenge missions (e.g., Murph, pushup ladders, cold plunges)

    • Rucking or hiking prep missions

    • Obstacle course, race, or endurance training plans

    • Early wake-up missions (“0400 club” style)

    • Joint meal planning, hydration, or nutrition tracking

    • Physical milestone pursuit missions (5K, pull-up goal, weightlifting PRs)

    • Iron sharpens iron challenges—focused on physical + mental resilience

🔹 Core Focus: Forge missions are about building your body, sharpening your mind, and proving to yourself that you are capable of more than you think. This isn’t about aesthetics—it’s about grit, resilience, and mental toughness.

Whether you’re training for something hard, rebuilding after a setback, or just tired of feeling weak in your own life, Forge missions push you to confront discomfort and come out harder, clearer, and more focused.

Forge is where transformation is physical, but the real battle is mental.

    🔹 Who It’s For:

    • People who want to develop discipline through physical training

    • Those preparing for a race, event, or challenge that requires consistency and courage

    • Anyone who wants to push through physical, mental, or emotional plateaus

    • Survivors rebuilding strength after trauma or illness

    • People who want to become the type of person who doesn’t back down

  • Rebuild what life tried to take from you.

🔹 Transformation Goal: Come back home to yourself—with a mission, a team, and structure that helps you rise.

🔹 Examples of Reclaim Missions: Missions in this family often center around healing, restoration, and self-recovery. Teams may choose to organize:

    • Weekly self-care check-ins or healing circles

    • Guided journaling or storytelling groups

    • Reflection-based nature walks or silent hikes

    • Body-based grounding practices (e.g., yoga, stretching, dance)

    • Digital detox or media fasting challenges

    • Trauma-informed book clubs or podcast discussion series

    • Art therapy-style creative nights (writing, drawing, painting)

    • Group accountability for healthy routines (sleep, hydration, etc.)

🔹 Core Focus: This mission family is about healing, self-recovery, and getting your power back. Whether you’re coming back from burnout, trauma, grief, or feeling lost—Reclaim missions help you find yourself again, one step at a time.

    🔹 Who It’s For:

    • People feeling disconnected from who they used to be

    • Those recovering from trauma, identity loss, or burnout

    • Anyone who’s “holding it together” but feels hollow inside

  • Learn to show up—with courage, clarity, and heart.

🔹 Transformation Goal: Stop hiding. Start connecting. Learn to be seen, supported, and emotionally alive—with a team that helps you practice the kind of connection you’ve always needed.

🔹 Examples of Connect Missions: Connect missions are about building bonds, trust, and emotional presence. Mission formats may include:

    • Conversation-based vulnerability circles

    • Weekly “connection challenges” (talk to a stranger, reach out to someone, etc.)

    • Group dating courage missions or exposure-based social exercises

    • Practice-based listening and communication games

    • Guided discussions on identity, love, or attachment styles

    • Writing and sharing personal letters

    • Team challenges like hosting group meals or “no-phone hangouts”

    • Relational repair or forgiveness projects (if ready)

🔹 Core Focus: Connect missions are about rebuilding your capacity for real relationships. Not the surface-level ones—but the kind that require vulnerability, presence, and truth.

Whether you’re trying to form new friendships, repair old wounds, navigate dating, or just stop isolating—this path helps you unlearn shame, build courage, and create bonds that feel real.

These missions combine relational education, exposure-based practice, and team support to help you reconnect with others and yourself.

    🔹 Who It’s For:

    • People who feel alone even when they’re surrounded by others

    • Those afraid to open up or unsure how to form deep connections

    • Survivors of abandonment, betrayal, or emotional neglect

    • Anyone who wants to show up better in relationships—with friends, family, or partners

    • People ready to replace fear and avoidant behaviors with truth and connection

  • Break the patterns that are breaking you.

🔹 Transformation Goal: Stop living the same story on repeat. Disrupt it with purpose. Write a new chapter—with people who won’t let you fall back asleep.

🔹 Examples of Disrupt Missions: These missions aim to interrupt toxic patterns and replace them with something new. Teams might co-create missions around:

    • Habit-breaking challenges (e.g., quitting porn, smoking, junk food, etc.)

    • Social media fasts with accountability check-ins

    • Weekly shadow work or self-confrontation prompts

    • Emotional regulation workshops or peer-led check-ins

    • Financial detox or spending freeze missions

    • Early morning or “discipline first” team routines

    • Exposure-style discomfort challenges (e.g., cold showers, hard conversations)

    • Restorative justice or amends-making processes (where appropriate)

🔹 Core Focus: Disrupt missions are for people ready to challenge the cycles, habits, and systems keeping them stuck. Whether it’s addiction, anger, self-sabotage, negative thinking, or generational patterns—you’re not broken. You’re just trapped in something that needs to be interrupted.

These missions create space for accountability, reflection, and bold moves. You’ll face the hard truths—but not alone. You’ll have a team, structure, and rhythm to help you reset.

    🔹 Who It’s For:

    • People stuck in destructive patterns they’re finally ready to face

    • Anyone who keeps “relapsing” into behaviors or relationships they want to change

    • Those tired of surviving on autopilot—ready to wake up and take action

    • People carrying trauma, rage, or internalized conditioning they want to rewire

  • Fight for something bigger than yourself.

🔹Transformation Goal: Shift the focus from “what’s wrong with me” to “how can I help?” Because when you show up for others—you also show up for yourself.

🔹 Examples of Serve Missions: Serve missions channel energy into helping others. They can be designed around:

    • Direct support for families, shelters, or elder care sites

    • Neighborhood cleanups or beautification efforts

    • Donation drives or resource distribution (clothes, food, hygiene kits)

    • Mentorship for youth, newcomers, or people in transition

    • Acts of service for teachers, nurses, social workers, or caretakers

    • Visiting or assisting overlooked populations (incarcerated, houseless, etc.)

    • Building relationships with marginalized community members

    • Creating educational or advocacy events around local injustices

🔹 Core Focus: Serve missions are about getting outside your own struggle and turning pain into purpose. You identify a need—in your community, your family, your city, your people—and take action with a team to meet it.

Whether it’s helping someone in crisis, supporting youth, honoring elders, or tackling injustice—these missions channel energy outward. They restore your sense of usefulness and belonging.

You don’t have to be a hero. You just have to show up and care.

    🔹 Who It’s For:

    • People who’ve felt powerless and want to reclaim their agency

    • Those looking for meaning beyond personal healing

    • Formerly incarcerated individuals, veterans, students, parents—anyone with a story and a heart

    • People who want to give back but don’t know where to start

    • Those tired of seeing their communities suffer and staying silent

  • Slow down. Tune in. Live on purpose.

🔹 Transformation Goal: Reconnect with who you are—and live like you mean it. Because when you’re aligned, your actions become a reflection of your truth.

🔹 Examples of Align Missions: Align missions help people ground themselves and reconnect with their values or spiritual center. Teams might co-create missions that include:

    • Daily meditation, prayer, or reflection routines

    • Values clarification workshops

    • Weekly intention-setting and debrief meetings

    • Breathwork, sound healing, or energy movement sessions

    • Digital declutter missions with structured check-ins

    • Daily walks or movement tied to mindfulness

    • Self-designed sabbath or rest cycles

    • Creating personal “rule of life” or code of conduct as a team

🔹 Core Focus: Align missions are for people who need to pause the noise and reconnect—with their values, their inner compass, and the way they move through life.

It’s easy to get lost in survival mode, burnout, hustle, or just trying to hold it all together. These missions create space to breathe, reflect, and realign with what actually matters to you.

Whether it’s mindfulness, spirituality, habit realignment, or simply learning to say no—Align is about showing up with intention.

    🔹 Who It’s For:

    • People feeling ungrounded, spiritually disconnected, or overwhelmed

    • Those seeking clarity, inner peace, or values-based decision making

    • People in recovery or transition who need to rebuild daily structure and identity

    • Anyone tired of living on autopilot and ready to reconnect with meaning

  • Don’t just dream it. Build it.

🔹 Transformation Goal: Get out of your head and into the world. Because what you build doesn’t just change your life—it can change someone else’s.

🔹 Examples of Build Missions: Your mission could focus on launching or completing:

    • A creative project (e.g., writing, visual art, music, film)

    • A podcast, blog, or storytelling series

    • A product prototype or small business concept

    • A local event or community initiative

    • A personal brand, online presence, or content campaign

    • A workshop, curriculum, or educational tool

    • A fundraising campaign or social impact effort

Teams can choose their format—weekly work sessions, milestone check-ins, live showcases, or launch parties. What matters is that you’re building with intention, support, and a finish line.

🔹 Core Focus: Build missions are about action. You have an idea, a passion project, a vision—or maybe just a gut feeling that you’re meant to create something. This mission family gives you the structure, accountability, and support to make it real.

Whether you’re launching a brand, writing a book, starting a podcast, or creating art—Build helps you move from idea to execution. With a team. On a deadline. No more waiting for the “right time.”

    🔹 Who It’s For:

    • Creatives, entrepreneurs, and visionaries stuck in perfectionism or self-doubt

    • People with half-finished projects or dreams collecting dust

    • Those seeking purpose through creation, expression, or contribution

    • Anyone who wants to start something that matters—but needs structure and support to follow through

“You’ve carried it alone long enough. now it’s time to find the team that’ll carry it with you.”
