The most dangerous thing you can give the overlooked is a community that reveals their strength.
what are hubs?
OBF Hubs are community-driven spaces where individuals who have faced adversity come together to build each other up, push their limits, and take action. Each hub is designed to be a growth-based community, not just a student organization or support group. This is where people connect, challenge themselves, and create real impact.

"A community isn’t a place. it’s the people who remind you that you were never meant to fight alone."
How do Hubs work?
Hubs operate as local teams that bring together action-takers, leaders, and those looking to grow.
-
Each hub hosts weekly in-person or virtual OBF Gatherings, designed to be transformational, high-energy, and action-driven. These gatherings are structured to provide a clear sense of progress, connection, and accountability, ensuring that every session leaves members feeling empowered and ready to take action.
Each gathering follows a consistent structure to maximize engagement and impact:
🌎 Community-Wide Updates – Get the latest updates on what’s happening across all hubs and the larger OBF movement.
📢 Hub Updates & Announcements – Stay informed on new opportunities, upcoming events, and local hub developments.
🔥 The Main Event – The heart of the gathering, featuring guest speakers, leadership challenges, interactive workshops, or deep-dive discussions on resilience, leadership, and personal growth.
🚀 Call to Action – Every gathering ends with a challenge, insight, or an actionable step that keeps momentum going between sessions and reinforces real-world application.
These gatherings are not passive meetings—they are designed to be powerful, immersive, and worth showing up for. They are where momentum is built, accountability is reinforced, and breakthroughs happen.
-
OBF is not just about personal growth—it’s about taking action and making an impact. Each hub provides opportunities to apply what members learn through mission-driven projects that address real-world challenges in their communities.
Hubs organize local and collaborative initiatives, such as:
Mentorship programs that empower younger students, peers, or community members.
Resilience-building events that challenge participants to push beyond their limits.
Service-based leadership challenges that mobilize members to solve pressing local issues.
Community-driven initiatives that support members in creating impact in areas they care about—whether it’s youth empowerment, economic mobility, mental health, or other critical challenges.
These projects are designed to be flexible so that each hub can take ownership of its own mission-based projects, tailored to its members’ interests and strengths. Rather than following a pre-set structure, hubs collaborate to define their own impact areas and execute projects that align with OBF’s vision of empowerment through action.
-
Unlike conventional leadership programs that rely on titles, theory, or passive workshops, OBF operates on a clear, structured progression path that challenges members to earn their leadership through real experience and action.
The OBF Leader Development Path consists of four distinct phases:
Survivor → Mastering Self-Discipline & Resilience – The foundation of leadership starts with personal growth. Members build discipline, mental toughness, and a strong mindset to take control of their lives.
Warrior → Pushing Limits & Overcoming Challenges – Members take on greater challenges, both individually and as a team, applying what they’ve learned to develop leadership skills in high-pressure situations.
Mentor → Empowering Others Through Leadership – Once members develop personal resilience, they transition into mentorship roles, helping guide new members, facilitate discussions, and lead group challenges.
Leader → Owning Impact & Leading Movements – The final stage is about creating large-scale impact, leading community projects, and stepping up as a recognized leader within the OBF movement.
Unlike leadership programs that rely on theory or hierarchy, OBF’s progression is about earning leadership through tangible action, mentorship, and real-world application.
-
OBF Hubs are not just spaces for individual development—they are built to bring together driven, like-minded individuals who push each other to grow. In a world where many people feel isolated in their ambitions, OBF provides a community of action-takers who want to challenge themselves and elevate those around them.
Hubs create an ecosystem of support, collaboration, and growth, where members:
Connect with a powerful network of individuals who share the drive to grow, lead, and create impact.
Work as a team to tackle real-world leadership challenges, problem-solving exercises, and group initiatives.
Build valuable relationships that go beyond surface-level networking—OBF is about developing lifelong connections with people who push you to be better.
These hubs aren’t built for passive participation—they are designed to be high-energy spaces where action-takers, leaders, and those hungry for growth come together. It’s about surrounding yourself with people who push you, challenge you, and inspire you to keep breaking limits.
OBF Hubs are designed for action, growth, and real-world leadership. Whether you're looking to challenge yourself, take ownership of your development, or lead a movement—this is the space to make it happen.

"They throw us into the deep, certain we won’t survive. Then they watch in shock as we rise."
Who can join
Anyone looking to grow, lead, and challenge themselves can be part of an OBF Hub. Whether you're a student, working professional, veteran, or someone who refuses to settle for the status quo—there’s a place for you here.
OBF IS FOR THOSE WHO:
-
This is for those who feel like the world has tried to break them—but refuse to stay broken.
-
Not because they wanted to, but because they had no other choice. You’ve had to claw your way through life, and you’re tired of just surviving.
-
If you’ve ever been labeled, boxed in, or told who you were supposed to be—this is the space to prove them wrong and define yourself.
-
If you’ve been burned by authorities or institutions that claimed to help but never did, OBF is where you take back control.
-
You might not have had the right opportunities, the right people, or the right push—but you’ve always felt capable of something greater.
-
OBF isn’t another “support group” or leadership seminar—it’s a movement of people who know what struggle feels like and are done letting it define them. If you’re ready to channel your experiences into growth, challenge yourself, and build alongside others who’ve been through the fire too—this is where you do it.
OBF is for those who want to take their pain and turn it into power, who want to go beyond just surviving and start leading.
What If There’s No Hub Near Me?
🌎 Stay Connected with the Virtual Hub – If you don’t have a hub near you, you can still be part of the movement. Connect online, take on challenges, and grow alongside others—no matter where you are.
🏗 Start a Hub & Lead the Way – If there’s no hub near you, maybe that’s a sign that you’re the one who’s meant to build it. Leadership isn’t about waiting—it’s about stepping up. We’ll support you in bringing OBF to your community.
👊 No One Gets Left Behind – You don’t need a physical hub to break free from old cycles and step into something new. If you’re committed to growth, you have a place here.

"True power isn’t found in standing alone. it’s built in the bonds of those who refuse to let each other fall."
OBF Hub Locations & Growth Plan
🔷 Hubs in Development – We are in the early stages of launching OBF Hubs, starting with key locations where events and gatherings will be hosted. These hubs are not yet officially established, but we are actively building the community, leadership team, and structure needed to make them fully operational.
📍 Hubs Currently in the Works:
-
Building a student-led hub with an official launch planned for Fall 2025. Events and gatherings are already happening.
-
Establishing a network of driven students ready to step up and take on the OBF challenge.
-
Engaging students and community members interested in launching a local hub.
-
Open to all remote members, providing a space for online engagement, leadership challenges, and community building for those without a physical hub near them.
Note: OBF student hubs are independent, student-led initiatives and are not officially affiliated with any university or college at this time.
The Plan: Leadership Development Starts Now
We’re not waiting until the hubs are official to start building. All members who join now will be part of our first official Leadership Development Program starting August 2025.
-
Every member, no matter their background, starts from the same foundation—building discipline, resilience, and a mindset built for leadership.
-
Before the official launch, we are hosting community-wide events, meetups, and leadership challenges to lay the groundwork for a strong and action-driven culture.
-
The growth of OBF depends on leaders stepping up. If you don’t see a hub near you but want to start one, check out our Start a Hub page to learn how you can bring OBF to your campus or community.
